Ordering options

We keep the ordering process as simple and straight forward as possible. You may order either online, i.e. directly via the webshop, by email or by phone or fax. Whatever your preference, your order will be easy, secure, and dealt with quickly. You may pay via Purchase Order Number (PO#), credit card, cheque or wire transfer.

(1) Ordering via your procurement department/ by fax

Orders via your procurement department or fax are simple. All we need is:

  • Product number
  • Delivery address
  • Ordering/billing address (if different from delivery address)
  • VAT ID (for customers within the European Union only)
  • Contact information (order or user name, email address and phone number)

(2) Direct online-orders

You may order directly online by simply adding the products of interest into the “shopping-basket” and click “Order online”. You will be prompted to enter your ordering details. Registration is required. You may pay by wire transfer after receiving an invoice or by credit card.

How can I be sure that antibodies-online has received my order?

You will receive an email from antibodies-online.com, confirming your order. In case you have not received a confirmation within 24 hours please contact us: info@antibodies-online.com

I have added the wrong product to my shopping-basket, how can I delete it?

In order to change the amount of selected products or to delete items, select the shopping-basket (you will find it in the uppermost right hand corner, symbolized by a shopping-basket icon) and click “remove”. In order to adjust the amount of a product, simply press the plus or minus signs next to the item.
